Every week, people reach out asking how we buy vacant lots, set HUD-certified manufactured homes on permanent foundations, and sell finished Land+Home packages. I read every message — and I genuinely can't keep up.

So what's coming? Honestly — I don't know yet.

The questions in my DMs deserve better answers than I can type with my thumbs between site visits. Land acquisition, county approvals, foundations, title retirement, FHA financing — we're doing all of it on real lots right now, and documenting it as we go.

What that turns into — a resource library, deal walkthroughs, something bigger — I'm letting the questions decide. This list is the direct line, and the people on it get a say in what gets built.
